My glass globe/shade is damaged. I need to buy a a replacement. As far as I can tell the ss# is 0499 and the model looks like WL 62. I am reading upside down in a tight spot. The globe fits in housing 9 1/2" D. The glass shade is groved and is held in place 3 set screws. Please advise where to find one. Thanks Donald Kendrick

You can probably find a replacement at Home Depot or Lowe's in the lamp department. They sell these globes as universal replacements rather than being specific to a particular model of fan. The 3 set screw holding method is pretty universal for ceiling fixtures and fans of all brands. If the current shade is not shattered, put a little tape on it and take it with you to the store. good luck, Al K
