Since you haven't specified the model number it is a bit tough but anyway it works the same way for all the smartphones.Just follow these steps:-
From the Gallery u can delete the video like this
Open the gallery from the Home screen by touching Apps > Gallery. You can delete a single file, multiple files, or an entire album. Once located, touch and hold the photo or video, and the select screen is shown. You can select one or more files by touching each file's thumbnail. When you select a file, a green check mark will appear on the image. When you have selected all of the files you want to delete, touch . Touch OKon the confirmation screen.

While viewing photos or videos:-

You can also delete the photo or video when you have opened the file for viewing. When you are viewing a photo, touch at the top of the screen, and then touch OK on the confirmation screen. When you are viewing a video, the delete option is available only when the video is not currently playing. If the video is playing, wait for the video to finish, or fast-forward to the end of the video. Touch at the top of the screen, and then touch OK on the confirmation screen.

Immediately after capturing the Photo or Video:-

Your Galaxy Camera has an option that takes you to a review screen after you capture a photo or video. The feature must be turned on before the option is available. From the camera application, touch> Settings > General > Review > On. While you are on the review screen, touch the screen to open the options menu at the top. Touch at the top of the screen, and then touch OK on the confirmation screen.
Note: Review mode may not be available for all capture modes.

1) Wrong LCD screen

2) Video Cable (LCD Cable) is not connected tightly.
Motherboard side, or LCD screen side; or both.

3) IF, a screen Inverter is used, the small cable from the Video Cable, that connects to the screen Inverter; is not connected, or has a loose connection to it. (screen Inverter)

4) An LCD screen, and a screen Inverter are a Matched unit.
If it's the wrong LCD screen......................?

5) IF, a screen Inverter is used; the diagnosis was wrong, and the LCD screen was replaced.
90 PERCENT of the time, the fault is a bad screen Inverter.

A) Laptop's LCD screen uses a CCFL, (Or more than one), for a Backlight; the laptop uses a screen Inverter.

Diagnostic flowchart leads from Graphics Chipset, to Video Cable, to screen Inverter, THEN, LCD screen.
Expensive LCD screen was replaced, instead of the actual part that needed replacing;
Video Cable: $9 to $22
Screen Inverter: $9 to $22

LCD screen: $60 to $245

B) Laptop's LCD screen uses LED backlighting, and does NOT use a screen Inverter:

Diagnostic flowchart is;
A) Video Cable;
A Video Cable should have it's connections PHYSICALLY checked.
You have to try to push the connectors in tighter.
Visual inspection alone will NOT do.

Making sure the Video Cable connections are tight, and this does not fix the problem, then the Video Cable needs to be removed; and every wire in the Video Cable checked for Continuity with a multimeter set to OHM's. (1K)

Not feasible, then take the Video Cable down to the nearest small computer shop; and have the resident tech check it for Continuity.
Should only be a few bucks.

Or just replace the Video Cable.
(Parts changing I know, but...........?)

Primer:
An LCD screen cannot produce light. It needs an additional light source.
A Backlight is the additional light source.

A Backlight can be a CCFL, (Or more than one), or a series of LED's.
(Light Emitting Diode)

A CCFL is a Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp. (Bulb)
Similar to Fluorescent lighting used in homes, and businesses; but on a MUCH smaller scale.

Average thickness is 2mm. That is a little large than 1/16th of an Inch.
Average thickness is almost as long, as the LCD screen is in height.

A screen Inverter is used to convert the power, (Electricity), from the laptop; for the LCD screen, and Backlight.

As previously stated, Backlighting that uses CCFL, uses a screen Inverter.
LED backlighting MAY, or MAY NOT use a screen Inverter.
When the LED backlight technology first came out, it seems some did use a screen Inverter.
It also seems as the technology advanced, LED backlighting does Not use a screen Inverter.

A) Graphics chipset:

An external monitor is used to check, and see if the display is also pinkish on it; or it is OK. Info posted I need, I will detail this procedure out step by step.

Display good on external monitor means graphics chipset is OK.
(Mounting is usually the problem)
Means problem is screen Inverter (IF used), or Video Cable, or LCD screen.

B) Video Cable:

The Video Cable connects to the motherboard, in an area under the Keyboard, or under the Switch Cover.
(Depending on laptop design, Switch Cover may be an integral part of Palm Rest Cover)

From there it leads under, or close by the left Hinge; and then goes up into the Display Assembly.

IF, a screen Inverter is used, the Video Cable has a separate small cable that branches off; and connects to one side of the screen Inverter.
The main part of the Video Cable connects to the back of the LCD screen.

Just due to normal repeated opening, and closing of the laptop; the Video Cable may become pulled on, and/or pinched.
This can lead to a loose connection at the motherboard side, or LCD screen side. (and/or screen Inverter, IF screen Inverter is used)

Can also lead to a damaged Video Cable. (Stretched/Broken wires inside it)
This can cause a pinkish screen.

C) screen Inverter:

With Backlighting that uses CCFL/s for a Backlight, a screen Inverter is used.
(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp)

For Backlighting that is LED, a screen Inverter MAY, or MAY NOT be used.
(First design LED backlighting seemed to. Later design LED backlighting, does not. Light Emitting Diode)

A screen Inverter is used to convert the power (Electricity), from the laptop; for the LCD screen and Backlight.
Screen Inverter going out, can cause a pinkish screen.

D) LCD screen:
Graphics chipset is good, Video Cable connections are good; no damaged Video Cable, screen Inverter is good (IF used); problem is LCD screen.

Possible cause:

1. Video card failure.
2. Bad connection between video cable and LCD screen.
3. Bad LCD screen.
4. Faulty video cable.

Possible troubleshooting steps and repair solution:

1. First of all, test the laptop video output on the external monitor. If you see same flashing lines running through the image on the external monitor, you have a problem with the video card. If flashing lines appear only on the laptop screen, the failure is not related to the video card.

2. Just in case, try re-seating the video cable connectors on the motherboard/video card and maybe the back of the LCD screen. It' s not likely but possible that connection is loose and reconnecting the cable will fix the flashing lines.

3. If re-seating the cable connectors doesn't help, most likely you have a faulty LCD screen. The LCD screen has to be replaced.

4. If replacing the screen doesn't help, try replacing the video cable. It's very unlikely that this problem is related to the video cable but there is a slight possibility of that.

A) Video Cable connections are loose:
Connection at the motherboard, and the connection at the back of the LCD screen, in the Display Assembly.

Both need to be checked.

[For Toshiba the Video Cable is termed LVDS Cable.

Low-Voltage Differential Signaling Cable. I will just keep referring to it as the Video Cable ]

B) Video Cable is damaged:
Observe the sheath at the motherboard side of the Video Cable?
Is there obvious signs of damage to the sheath of the cable?

If so, there may also be damage to the tiny, thin wires inside the sheath, of the Video Cable.

Due to the routing of the Video Cable under the left Hinge, the Video Cable may be pulled on. This can create a bad connection.

Due to the above also, the Video Cable's sheath may be damaged, and the wires inside.

If the Video Cable checks out to be OK, the next item is the screen Inverter.
To test a screen Inverter you need a sensitive multimeter. This usually means expensive. { Or use a known to be good, compatible screen Inverter } Just thought I would state that. Don't want you to completely disassemble your laptop, just to fix a Video Cable, or screen Inverter. {Or LCD screen)

Most consumers decide to just replace the screen Inverter because;
1) If the problem isn't the screen Inverter, it is the LCD screen.
(A LOT of people buy an LCD screen, when all they really needed was a screen Inverter)

An EXPENSIVE part.
(LCD screen? $150 to $400 approximately. Screen Inverter? Usually around $22 to $48 )

2) The ease of access to replace.

As stated, if the problem isn't the screen Inverter, then it is the LCD screen.


1) With ALL power removed, AC adapter (Charger), and Battery, remove the Keyboard Bezel, and the Keyboard.

This is the motherboard connection side.

Display Assembly removed with Video Cable.
Now remove the Display Bezel, and LCD screen assembly, to access the Video Cable connection to the back of the LCD screen.

The screen Inverter is mounted at the bottom of the LCD screen, and behind the Display Bezel }

The Video Cable is the cable to the upper Left side. Has one Red arrow pointing to the left.

if you are playing with media player then you need a double click on the video screen then it will be appeared on full screen. or right click on screen it will give you the option of full screen view in menu.
other wise download media player classic from internet it has same feature as windows media player.

Attach an external CRT (or LCD) monitor to the VGA-output port,
and reboot the laptop. Does anything show-up on the external screen?

You might have to press "FN + something" to toggle the computer:
* video-output only to internal screen
* video-output only to external screen
* video-output to both screens

to get video-output to the external screen.

Or, take the laptop into a darkened room.
Now, do you see anything at all, even faintly,
i.e., your normal "desktop-icons" and "wallpaper" ?
If so, then the "video-inverter" part of your LCD screen has failed.
It's about a $20 part, but you should add $60, for one hour of labour
by a qualified technician, to disassemble your computer, replace the bad part, reassemble and test.

Generally this type of problem is the video card, however, it's extremely rare, but sometimes a screen malfunction will override the video out causing the appearance of a bad card. To check this, disconnect the screen, and try the external monitor. If the external works properly, then it's the screen.
