If you're in the UK there's a site called eSpares.co.uk that have provided me with really small parts for various kitchen machinery. They cover most of the major brands. Good luck.
Check where model # is located for name of company. Then check online with that company. If u have a Kitchen/Cooking shop near by u may be able to order thru them.
Try the yellow pages in a large metro close to you under appliances small. These company have advise on how to obtain manuals appliances. Or might try a search for small appliances on line and find a link to Sunbeam.
