Philips PC Camera SIC4750 is only compatible with OS Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows 2000 & Win XP. (Only 32Bit system ie x86)

Question: Can I use my webcam with Windows 7 or Vista ?
Answer:- At the time this webcam was designed, Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems did not exist yet. Unfortunately, the internal hardware of the webcam does not match the requirements of these operating systems. Therefore we cannot provide a software upgrade (driver upgrade) to support Windows Vista or Windows 7. We apologize that we are not able to support you in this matter.

Too bad Philip do not provide the drivers if your are Using Vista or Win 7 or any x64Bit system.

Hi Jorge

Try this Url I posted for getting your driver. You said that you are using windows 7 but sometimes the same driver for an older operating system will work. Try the driver found here for windows XP. Download the zip file, extract it , then click on the setup file.

Phillips webcam model SIC 4750/27
I also have lost my CD for the Phillips SIC4750/27 we cam. I had my Windows Vista do a search for new harware, it found my cam and indentified it as a Sunplus EZcam III, and my computor installed the driver for it: ver. 1.0.4.8 last updated 08/22/2002, and the camera seems to be working fine with this driver.
