My kdf-60xs955 was turning off and on by itself and I checked the bulb but it looks almost brand new compared to a bulb I had in the past that I had replaced. I changed the bulb from to the old one because the last repair guy told me that it was still good but needed a change so I did it then but I changed it to see if the current bulb was burnt out and the tv didn't even want to turn on and just gave me a 3 red blinking lights continuously.

the g1 board is your issue. 6 blinks means there is no or low b+ coming from the g1 board.

6 blinks means a low B error. Which is no DD 6volt output on G1 board . This will cause no picture and no sound. To fix this yourself you would need the manual to get the correct sequence to test and proper part to order. It seems there is power supply related issue like overheating, I suggest you to try again after keep the TV unplugged about 30 minutes.

same problem as others 3 blinking green lights then orangey colors then 3 red blinking lights afterwards shuts down fan runs for about 2 mins solution check your door cover for warpage or deformed just a bit under set screw there is a push in switch try and push it in with q tip while holding turn on tv if it works then that door is deformed and defective change it
