I locked my phone and it wants the PUK code but i dont know it.

Hi Juan, If you've locked your phone through entering an incorrect pin number 3 times then you need a Puk code, Ring your service provider and they will give you the FREE Puk code.....
If you lock your phone again some time in the future and you're still with the same service provider you can use that same Puk code.. CHEERS..

tell them you managed to block you phone

they will provide you a puk code

PUK code is needed when your sim is lock by your phone and you want to unlock it. The phone will ask for a PUK code to do it. You can get PUK code from your network service provider(dial customer care). By entering the code the phone will unlock the sim without locking it permanently. Think this is helpful !

Take it to the nearest dealer for your carrier, they will have to give you a new sim card. It may cost a few dollars, it think.

hi, the puk code is a code locked into the sim card the only way you can get this code is by calling your service provider their is no way you can change the puk code as its locked into the sim.

The main reason the phone asks for puk code is if the user has entered the wrong lock code more than 5 times then the phone will ask for the puk code.

All you need to do is call your service provider and they will give you this code over the phone for free write it down for future reference but remember this code will only work with that one sim card.

Dont try entering the wrong puk code more than five times if you do your phone is hard locked and can no longer be used.

So call your service provider and ask them for the puk code they dont charge for this and it will get your phone working again.
