I have a SHARP MICROWAVE oven SL - R-950B / R-954B. The Start button has stopped working recently and so the oven needs repair. Please send mt the address and phone number of the SHARP SERVICE CENTER in Riyadh.

    I have the same problem with the same model. I went to Sharp Dealership they said its an old model and parts are not available. Did you find a way around repair or sold it off ?

If you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as usually one is able to download, by model number, Customer Instruction Manuals, and a list of Dealers as required.

Just Google the manufacturer's name and follow the links. Make certain you are directed to the manufacturer's web site as some search engines direct you to other sites and they charge for the information that is normally free of charge.

I got this microwave in my house, but its not working. all the buttons are not working accept stop/cancel button. please send me the sollution.
I have a similar microwave that I recently repaired. NN-9854 (bad capacitor). So your microwave functions but you cant stop it unless you unplug it, it ends its cycle, or you open the door? Does it beep when pressed? If not, you need a new control pad.

Unlocking child lock on the sharp microwave model R316FSC
The Sharp Microwave/Convection oven I have says to touch the Custom Help button, the number "1", then touch the Start Button. To turn off the child lock, press the Stop button.
Or just unplug it, wait 1 minute, and plug in.
