How can i reset phoenix bios password for my toshiba satelite A135-S2386

There are two ways. One is to type the old one in (yup I know if you had that you would have already) or take it to a tech with proof of ownership. The override or reset is a trade secret kind of thing as the password is considered part of the anti theft stuff so you need to prove it belongs to you so the shop can't be accused of handling stolen goods. Real pain in the **** for you but unfortunately thats the way this gets handled. Unless the shop is certified with Toshiba or the tech has enough experience they won't be able to reset it for you.The actual reset depnds on the bios version and only takes a few minutes so they may not charge if it is a Toshiba shop.

To reset the BIOS password read the information from this link.

this will do to recognize the new modules ...and installing will aware the system about the changes..
