My 2002 land Rover Discovery keeps running hot with a slow leak i need help. What could be the problem?

Canyou see where the leak is coming from. If its the radaitor witch is likely the cause then you may be able to have it repaired sometimes they can be fixed however it will have to come out of the vehicle.Some however can't be repaired there plastic and glued to the cooling fins you would be best off to replace the radiator.
