How do I use the scanner to my hp officejet 4215v all-in-one???? or how can I scan a document????

Install software
Make sure all cables plugged: phone cable, USB cable to computer

Send fax from computer:
- print your document to printer HP .... FAX

Send "traditional" fax:
- put your document into scanner input
- type phone number on HP Officejet keyboard
- push button "Send"

If your HP Officejet if connected to phone line, it reseiving faxes automatically.

need help scanner wont scan

There is probably a defect in de ccd chip of te scanner.

Need a software to install my printer

For those folks who have Windows 7...
Click start from menu (bottom left of window pane),
Click "Devices and Printers",
Click on the HP printer listed,
Click "scan a document or picture"...

CALL IT DONE!!!! Gotta LOVE Windows 7...EASY!

first you try with changing the usb cable and see. bye
