can you get into recovery mode? (hold down home while booting) or into the bootloader? (hold down camera while booting). If you upgraded the radio without upgrading the spl, then you can get to the state where no other boot works. There is no documented method to get out of this. They call it "bricking" your phone. Holding down the "ball" causes a slightly different boot that might allow recovery, but nobody appears to know how to do this yet. It may be that some of the extra pins in the 11 pin HTC USB are useful in this mode, but again, nobody knows howto yet.
Ever since installing G1 cupcake, my G1 has been very unstable. Tasks manager keeps on poping up. Applications close suddenly etc. I was wondering if its possible to reinstall the firmware in G1 like nokia phones offer?
