my wife lost the remote and no remote I can find can take programming from teh unit. It only has a "reset" button rather than a program button.
Same problem. I have a model number G5417 and I need to add a second remote. Can't find any information ANYWHERE about this garage door opener. Not even Chamberlain or Liftmaster websites.
Same problem, only my garage door opener is the lift-master 2000 series. No "learn" button -- just red re-set button. Can't find any info anywhere, including chamberlain's web-site. They don't even recognize the G5417 model. How can I program a remote?
