My phone is locked and the pin code or puk code is not working it keeps coming up with wrong puk but its the original box that it came in so i dont know wats wrong

You need to contact your cell phone service provider, they can give your PUK CODE when you provide your account details and when they have verified your identity.

Three wrong pin codes and you have to give in the puk. The original pin and the puk came with the sim provided with the phone. Perhaps you still have the paper with both in the box? or perhaps you saved the contract with that paper?
If you enter the puk, you can choose a new pin.
There is no simple way to find a lost PIN code. PIN code belongs to SIM card.The only way to find a PIN code is by contacting the provider (phone conpany that issued SIM card), and talking with a rep, or alternatively going to an authorized phone shop from phone provider.

just made that pin code to block by pressing three times wrong pin code . Then the phone will ask you puk code. This puk code will come with network provider,. So you can call to network provider customer care serice and give sim card number they will give you puk code,. By using that you can activate your phone... Hope you will succeed
