Forgot my password - Computers & Internet

If at all the above has failed and its the windows password that you forgot then you will have to get another pc connected to the internet
then open the following link

after downloading hirens' v9.4, extract the folder then in the extracted folder there is a bootable cd image write it on a blank cd.

After writing it then take it to the pc that you forgot password and boot from it once it has opened
scroll to next
then on the page that has opened
scroll to 4(password and .........) press enter
scroll to 1 (active password.........) press enter
then type 1
then type the no. of your partition on which the operating system is and press enter
press enter again
choose the account of which password you want to change. then press enter
press y to save changes
then reboot your pc.

i have used this method for so long and it has never failed even on vista.

When you see the login, press alt+ctrl+del two times. in username give administrator and leave the password blank. if you can login using this then you can set a new password for your account. type cmd in run . type net user and see the list of account you create say robert. then type net user robert password. log out and use the passowd you have just created. rate me fixya!!! i hope it will solve out

Try to use a safe mode?!?!how?? before to start youre windows try to click a F8 and choose a safemode,,, create a new account!!! you dont like reformat.......
