I am having e-mail id ie: [email protected] my sighn out area part cross sighn shows.i am unable to sighn out of my id.please give me suggession what i can do?

Try this, I forgot my PASSWORD. After which you will be asked to give answers to the two (2) security questions you provided when signing up for the said Yahoo account.

Open yahoo mail by entering mail.yahoo.com then select sighn up to create new account

1 Please try the password in both Upper & Lower case carefully.
2 Even after that if the problem is there, then the password had been chanced by you. If you looged on and went somebody can change it.
3 Try forgot password option and get help from yahoo.
4 Failing that you will have to have a new user ID.

Hi,
you need to login to login page of yahoo mail and click on I can't access my account
under user ID and password box, then select forgot the ID and password then click on next, then enter your yahoo ID and enter the code which would blink there
and click on next and then it would ask you 2 security questions which has been entered
by you and click on next after answering the questions and then give any alternate email
ID and you can reset the ID nad password for yahoo mail ID.

This is indeed a server problem. More likely, there is nothing you can do except accessing yahoo email directly from other browser.

Use a different browser than IE. Make sure that if you have firewall installed, you do have allowed the access.Use system restore option as well, if that's a possibility.

Unless, get in touch with yahoo tech support and explain them, This would take atleast 7 days to be rectified if that's an issue from their end.
