My tv when i try to turn it on doesnt come on it only turns the little red indicator on and off continually can this be fixed?

Possible that the TV is having some dry soldering in the power supply sections or in the processor sections in the main board.
It will be good to remove the power plug and check all the leads, the connectors and the PCB for signs of dry soldering.
If so use a good iron and do the soldering of the suspected joints , check also the processor pins.
If not you will need to check for shorted components in the main board , check continuity , check the voltage from the power supply to the main board.
