When My NBA 2K10 game gets to the Synchronizing NBA Today it freezes and starts emitting a low humming sound

Turn off living rosters at the begining of the game...you won't be able to use NBA Today but you can still use other online features.

    All u do is take out your internet and then it works perfectly but you just can't play online

    You can play online if you follow the directions I prescribed above and gracious users have even uploaded updated rosters which you can then download.

Every time I start my game it says. "Synchronizing NBA Today please wait" and it goes on FOREVER. And there is a long buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzBut everything else works fine. I can't even turn my Wii...
go to your Wii settings and turn off the internet so there's no way to get to NBA Today. Then the sychronize part is excluded when you start loading to play.Sorry, but you can't play online though

When i turn the game on, it goes to the loading screen, loads my profile, but when the message box pops up saying "syncronizing nba today. please wait..." it freezes and emits a beeping noise....

The Wii freezes during NBA 2K10 during the synchronizing NBA Today load.
You go to your Wii settings and turn off your internet so it's impossible to get to NBA Today. Then since the sychronizing part's gone you can play it.
P.S. plauing online won't work

Which part? If it's the Sncronizing nba today part, go to Wii settings turn off the internet and start the game. The only problem is that u can't play online

Check your PS3 for dust, if you see signs of dust, then vacuum the vents from 4 inches away. Dust is a big problem with the ps3.

At the start of the game when its downloading (internet) it freezes everytime right at 100%. When i turn the internet off it works fine it has to do with the internet but i wanna play online any solutions?
Well i have the same problem currently on my wii all u have to do is delete your Nba 2k10 save data* and u can turn your internet back on Then it will work perfectly! ( to delete your save data from nba go to wii options and you will find the rest)
* What i mean by save data is everything profile,rosters,and saved games.

Ps3 wont play nba 2k10 all of a sudden why but
Turn on your ps3. In the main menu of the ps3 go to "Game Data Utilities". Delete the Nba 2k10 file. It should start playing again and you saved files should still be there.
