Check and see if you have a zoom button on the TV remote
If your hooked to a cable box call the provider because some of the cable boxes have a setting that will cause this issue

First check if your zoom is on..if it is switch back to normal setting. If picture is still cropped with no zoom then try go to the menu seen string and check for aspec ratio..try different sttings..

Sharp view area

This has something to do with the setting. Try resetting through remote and see.

The picture is outside the edges of the TV

It's probably an issue of the "Aspect" or the "Screen Mode" you're in. I'm no TV repair expert, but if you look in your Main Menu for "Screen Mode" or even your remote might have a button labeled "Asp" or "Aspect" or "Mode"....or even "Wide" (which when pressed repeatedly will cycle through the most common 4 screen modes = Wide, Screen Fit, Zoom, 4:3.) The last one refers to the ratio aspect, but depending on your TV, they could be named differently.
Given your description, it seems you're in "Zoom" mode, since it's cutting off the edges of the picture. Put it on a station like CNN, which has a streaming ticker at the bottom and cycle through the options you have until you find the one you prefer. (Note: you should also be able to set this in your Main Menu somewhere as your preferred view, but some shows and movies might come through as full screen or 'Letterbox' regardless of your preference.
One final observation I've found on several units is that the remote button that's in the bottom right-hand corner (which may not be labeled as such) is the default location for your aspect selections. Push it and see what happens.
Good luck!

Picture is being cut off at edges eg, Can't read all the written strips on screen.Titles on the edge of screen are cut off

From what you describe your source material is 4:3 aspect ratio but you have the screen set to 16:9 zoom.
You need to goto your picture settings and find the automatic picture option and use that.
This will stretch the screen correctly without cutting of the edges.

Picture format to large

There should be a format button on your remote to change between widescreen & fullscreen as well as the zooms. May say format or aspect. If not on remote look through your menus. Make sure which ever u select u do not choose a zoom. This will cut of top & bottom of picture

I have a 10" frame. The picture that I take with my digital camera is cropped by the frame. It seems to crop about an inch off the edges. How can I fix this. I can alter the picture if necessary.

Depends...
if it's during a slide show, then there's a slide show option "screen fit or fill".  If you are set to fill then it will cut off edges, change the setting to screen fit.

or if it is cutting off all 4 sides when displaying a single photo, you may have the zoom turned on.  Tap actions / zoom and set the zoom back to 1x.
