My phone got wet and i took out the battery and dried everything and it still wont turn on.But when i plug in the charger it turns on fine and it says that the battery is full charged but when i un plug it the phone turns off again. When i first plug in the charger it says charging handset is off what do i do??

what you have to do is to clean your phone using isoprophyl alcohol i mean you clean the main mother board then you dry it using hair dryer ,after all that try to replace the battery it has reach it death neal the cells inside they are no longer able to hold the charge.advice by dogy.

The I9 battery charger is th problem. There is a small tab on the bottom edge of the batery that allow it to clip in the phone. This tab prevents the battery from going all the way into the charger which causes a missalignment with the contacts and due to the contacts being very thin they tend to break off. If this happens you must use the USB cable to charge the phone, it plugs in under the charger. If your contacts are good you can take a thin knife and ease the tab over the edge of the plastic lip on the charger alowing the battery to seat correctly in the charger making the proper connection.
