I,ll assume that your board is Foxconn. Your better off going to Foxconns site, and downloading the drivers from there. The drivers your missing are Base-system drivers. If you Have A VIA Chipset on the motherboard. You,ll probably download The VIA 4 in 1 driver, this should solve your problems.
Alternatively, if you,ve installed Windows XP, ensure you have SP2 And SP3 installed Also.

I have been unable to find the drivers for this particular board you should go to http://forums.driverguide.com/ and request the file as it is not hosted anywhere currently I hope that someone still has their driver disks and uploads the files for you
