Where is the serial number and the manufacters date on the stroller

Somehow it may have been damaged. I slammed the car door on the stroller, and ever since then this problem would occur. Or it could also be that the stroller is pretty cheap and does not support the weight of your child. It just may be time to switch the baby to forward facing, if you have your baby facing you that is. I called the number and they sent me new wheels. Since it was still under guarantee. Problem solved. Hope this helped. (decided to add the following). They will ask you when you purchased the stroller, the stroller has a manufacturing serial number (which they try to go by). The serial number on the stroller contains the date the stroller was manufactured. So to their benefit they want to go by that date. And not by the date of purchase. So be careful they don't twist you.

You will need to enter the model number and manufacture date. The manufacter date on graco strollers can be found on the rear leg of the stroller or under the footrest. The age is determined by the SERIAL number. If you post back with each appliance serial number, I can tell you what year they were manufactured. Include any letter designations that are in the serial number too.

Mine too. They don't have very good back wheels. However, I looked into getting a new one when they were still selling them on their site, and they were outrageously expensive. So we've just lived with a bum wheel for the past 3 years. Maybe that makes you feel better!
