Try hitting the reset button on the back side of the dryer.
Yank out your condenser and give it a good clean.

    On the back side of that dryer on the element is a reset button as shown in the video.
    Could be that or the element itself.

Very rare a motor fails on a hoover drier normally its the capacitor that fails. you can hear the motor humming but the drum wont rotate to proof its the capacitor turn the machine on press start listen for the motor humming open the the door of drier turn the drum by hand fast then shut the door as fast has possible then the drum should start going around . then this proves its the capacitor fault you are doing the job of the capacitor giving the motor a start .
