It is not unknown for fan oven elements to fail quite regularly, some brands more than others, you must make sure you are fitting an element with the correct wattage, as this can make quite a difference to it's life expectancy.

All oven grill and fan elements dead

The oven will not warm if the clock is not set as the main oven is directly linked to it. You may want to check your wiring to the element you have changed as all elements use the same neutral path, meaning if you missed a wire off (especially if you pulled it out through the oven cavity) or have put them on the wrong tab it won't work. It could also be a duff element (the new one).Let me know if you need any further help.

Have had 4 Neff oven elements in 2 years, why does this keep happening ? B14241 single oven element keeps blowing, grill and light are fine, any ideas please ? is it time for a new oven ?

If you are not fitting genuine
elements, this is probably the reason they are failing so quickly.
You will pay a lot more for the genuine article, but they will last a lot longer.
Also make sure the fan is working o/k, as this can cause premature element failure.

Oven not getting hot

The fan oven element needs to be replaced in the Hotpoint 6150 cooker.
Access is by removing the inner rear cover of the oven, there you will see the element.
Replace with a new one.

It is possible the base element is faulty in the top oven of the Hotpoint EW95,
The other possibility is that the high speed grill element is only part working. You need to check both these elements.
If the fan is working o/k in the main oven , but not getting hot, then you need to replace the element.
If it does heat, then it could be a faulty thermostat or possibly selector switch.
Unless you have a good working knowledge of electrics and know how to use a meter, then I would suggest you call some one in.

Thanks.

Fan and grill works but not heating up

Hi.
If the fan is working o/k, then you need a new fan oven element fitting.
Remove panel at rear of oven compartment, there you will see the element, undo any screws you can see to remove rear cover.
disconnect element taking care not to loose wires, and fit new element. test before you refit rear cover.

Dacor model W305 blew an element. Replaced it. Won't work.

The fan and element rely on a supply from the thermostat, so perhaps when the element blew, it damaged the thermostat, another possibility is that there is a fuse of some sort in the oven that has blown as a result of the element blowing.
It is highly unlikely that the fan and element are faulty, you will have to look further.

Thanks, and merry xmas.

Smeg single fan oven

You are right, it could be a thermostat or a heater problem. You should check that the heater element receive power. In case it receive power, the heater element should be replaced. In case it doesn't receive power, the problem is with the thermostat. In any case, check as well that all wires connected to the thermostat and the heater are in place. Good luck.
