Freezes when i turn on my mp3 player it displays the make of the mp3 player for 2 seconds then it show the songs on it.But recently when i put it on it displays the make of the mp3 but freezes without playing or displaying the songs i have on it!.PLEASE HELP!!

The player can be switched off when freezing and put on again, resetting the device as next: 1. Press and hold the Power/Menu button for approximately 20 seconds. 2. Release the Power/Menu button. 3. Press the Power/Menu button again to turn on the player.
Sometimes a firmware update or reinstallation is required,

Try resetting the player....
Resetting the player: 1. Slide and hold the Power switch up for approximately 20 seconds. 2. Release the Power switch. 3. Slide the Power switch up then release to turn on the player. i had the same problem with my mp3 player i thnk the problem is the songs are errored or the battery might be dead or the cd you burned on the computer maybe their was scraches on the disc
