My Laptop (Dell Latitude D600) when I'm trying to turn it on, can not swicthing on and no effect can show me that power is entring. I thounght that is charger problem and I trayed to use the same charger from my colleague still not turning on. The technician they didn't recognize what the matter is. Help me PLZ...

Power issue. Assuming that the charger is working ok, the battery is showing as being servicable and the charger port is not loose or damaged, the fault lies with the motherboard.Before blaming the motherboard, try these first

Check that the charger light is not flashing green, indicates that power is not reaching the motherboard.

try removing the battery and ac power, pressing the on / off switch for 30 seconds and then reconnecting the ac charger, see if it boots. if it does, refit battery ( this clears the cmos)

Check also that the cut off switch ( just under the lid bottom) is not fouling and sticking down, if necessary, free it off.

Do you have the drivers and software installed for the bluetooth module - you need to make sure that you have the correct Dell package installed in order for it to be registered.

Have you also checked under the computer device manager - does the bluetooth device show there?

I would also check in the BIOS to ensure that the bluetooth module is showing there and is set to enabled.

Reseat RAM and try modules one at a time. If ony 1 module, replace it

it means not charging the battery pack, did you check the dc jack connector, or the.
charger check it if working properly, if the same problem open the laptop then check the baord

I would say its defective. Bring it back to where you bought it and show them. Bring your laptop charger also so you can show them it in action. Hope this helped.

The test Dell advises to narrow down this issue is to remove the battery, hard drive, ram, and optical drive.  Next plug in the a/c power cord and you should get some LED's coming on. If not it points to the motherboard.
