Unfortunately the stand for this TV is not longer available for purchase. What I would suggest would be searching for "Vesa stands" there are several stands that function like a vesa wallmount, but are a stand instead.
there are a number of wall mounts for tv units so talk with a salesman in a tv shop and get one that is suitable for you and the tv
if you don't have the screws , then see if he has then as well as they are a set size and length for the back of the tv
Hi there, Not sure if you got the problem sorted out, but yes, you can remove the part that sticks out. If you look closely, the red ""base" or bottom part of the TV housing can be clipped off without using too much force, just get your nails, or a sharp tool under the plastic, and carefully pry one side down and continue all round.then you can access four screws holding the shaft of the base on. Only way to do it. The downside is that the hole where the base shaft was is visible, Lg should maybe have provided a clip on cover for it!
