Here is an equivalent circuit diagram good enough to repair the circuit board - What I have found is that the batteries go bad, draw too much current and blow the fuse or in the case of mine, over current the transistors. Resistors are in ohms

Well, FixYa won't let me upload an ASCII or picture, but they were both really good - So I listed the parts below. Good luck.

Please send me the information to [email protected] I have had the same issue. I had Batteies Plus replace the HiMH and he lifted a trace on the board so the shaver has quit working even though I soldered the trace with a solder bridge. It won't charge the batteries now but they are still good. I must have the same components out as you list. Where are these available? Thanks,
Dale
Not sure I added my comment correctly the other month so sorry for the repeat - could you send me the circuit diagram please to [email protected]. I'm guessing that the listed components are in series, not sure what the 1.2 V relates to though. Will trace it myself, it would just be easier to start from what you have. Many thanks. Phil

Unfortunately, you have waited too long to address the battery problem on your model 6520 shaver. When the shaver was still operational, you could have changed the batteries. But, since you continued to use it with bad batteries, it has now damaged the circuit board. The circuit boards for this model have recently been discontinued by the manufacturer. If you look hard enough, you may find a Braun repair center that still has one in stock but it will be difficult to find if you find one at all

Please could you email me circuit info as well. I have a 6550 which I am guessing is the same. I have replaced the batteries but it won't charge or run off mains. I have searched hard to find out what the damage is to try a repair as it's a good shaver. Most responses just say it's damaged, tough. Thanks tjohns1021 if you could email me circuit and any other info to [email protected]
