Probably one of two issues. There is a sensor in the upper tension that is operated by the check spring assembly. If its broken, twisted or jammed it will sew a few stitches, maybe more and then beep and stop. A service man is the only fix, sorry.

How can i adjust my 500e embroidery machine to stop the thread ferring up

Try reducing thread tension.

Try a different bobbin

If no change, see "Cleaning the Hook Area" in your operators manual.

Inspect bobbin, bobbin holder and hook race for burrs. Especially if a needle broke just prior to the start of the problem.

Thread quality?... As a test, try using a different (new) thread, wind a bobbin with same new thread also.

Janome mb4 lost the bobbin thread but continued to keep sewing the design. I paused and rethreaded the bobbin. Do I have to start all over again? Can I go back to the point where it stop the stitches?

I`m confused whether you mean top bobbin or lower bobbin...You can go back to the point where it broke...Brother machines are far more simple when this happens...

Missing spool thread holder for Europro Sewing Machine

Do you mean the holder that goes in top in order to put on another reel of thread to use twin needle? Or do you mean the little gizmo that stops the thread from coming off the spindle while sewing. Can you supply more info? :-)

How do you start embroidering a design where the thread breaks on a Bernina Artista 180 sewing/embroidery machine?

Most machines have a stitch counter, stitch forward and step back features. Check your manual and embroidery machine's screens for this.

IN case you have misplaced your manual I found this one for you. It's big so allow time to download.

Does not sense when the thread is broken during embroidery. Also does not sense if needle is broken causing damage to item being embroidered. This also does not alow for me to back space to position where...

I have an Artisa 180. WHen the threads break I stop it and backup the stitches to where it broke. Read up on your machine and see if it can do this. Look for the icon on the embroidery machine that looks like an S with a tail! It allows you to move forward or backward in the design and find your place where the thread broke. It can salvage a design so you don't have to start over.

The machine stopped sewing, the top thread doesn't pick up the bobbin thread, even when I just installed a new bobbin and try to just run the machine by hand to pick up the bobbin thread.

Have installed your bobbin right? By this, I mean drop the bobbin in but make sure that you pull the thread through the tension spring by putting your finger to hold the bobbin in place, then pull on the thread to get the tension. Let me know if this works.

Janome 9000

I have a Janome 9000, was sewing and broke needle, replaced and broke another. I didn't have machine threaded, took out bobbin and would sew a little and stop saying thread broke. I took off top plate and started machine again, sew a little and stop saying thread broke. So I took out bobbin case and sewed again and stopped repeating the message. Everything looks OK, bobbin case and top plate. I guess I want to know if the timing could be off or do you think it is the computer part of the machine...Should I take it to the Sewing Machine Shop??

Husquvarna Viking Rose thread error

You need to see if the take up spring is moving freely when you are in these first 15 minutes (I assume the machine runs ok after 15 mins).
The take up spring is on the left side of the tension assy. When the thread is pulled up toward the take up lever, you should be able to look through the slot in the front of the machine and see a copper colored wire move up and down as the thread is pulled and released. This is the end of the take up spring. The spring is attached to the thread breakage sensor. If its movement is sluggish, it may cause the machine to falsely indicate the thread broke.
Sewing very slowly may cause this problem to stop. If the machine runs as minimal speed and then gives thread break indication when speeding up, the sensor interrupter is not moving fast enough and should be cleaned and lubed.
