Broken Display Well... only after a week of owning it, it started having a broken display. I'm not sure how to explain it, but... Err... Instead of seeing whole pictures and words... I see them like this: |||||||||||||| It's really annoying as I can't really make out what says what. Hope there are some explanations behind this...

You can try clearing the code and then running the machine. Try colding down the pause and clear button simultaneously for three second s and the faul should clear Or try turning the knob around 9 times to clear the fault.

I'm not sure how old your phone is but it sounds like the connection between the display and the actual phone has either broken or come loose. I would at least take it somewhere to have it looked at because it could have just come lose or possibly be another problem all together. However, if it the connection is broken (and I hate to be the bearer of bad news) there isn't really anything you can do to fix it.

Nevertheless, I partially solved the problem. I found out that I need just the small outer LCD for Nokia 6103. I already found it on eBay.

But the main question remains:
I need instructions, manual or pictures how to replace a broken outer Mini Display for Nokia 6103.

Try powering the unit down...open both breakers for half an hour and then repower.  If this doesn't help, you should evaluate the cost of a new assembly

Press "stop" & "cancel" together for over 10 seconds to clear the display; and continue your..........

Explain how broken Does the Screen display anything? If it does but is cracked then clear tape will fix it. If it is 'dead' then nothing will fix it and no repair I would think is possible. But to be sure check your local web site for repairers or even Canon - but possibly not in Bangla
