You need to have atleast 5 votes with the valid percentage ranking to reach the wiz rank.
I would suggest to check the recent comments section and follow up with customers who have responded back to you. This surely helps and customer would surely rate you if you do an end to end follow up.
In case of your ranking alternating between wiz and master, i would suggest to either ask the fellow experts at experts lounge or mail your concern to community MOD Lauren. Her email id is [email protected]. She would get back to you on this and trust me she always guides you in the right direction (my personal experience)
Keep posting solutions and surely it will not be too long that you would reach the Guru Rank.

Well In that case i would suggest just mark a mail to lauren and she would let you know the reason for the same and in case its a technical issue at Fixya end due toi which this is happening she would get the same taken care of.
yes thats what ive done hopefully she can rectify the issue and make it so i can advance in fixya because at the moment i am stuck in an infinite loop. hopefully my solutions also get added to my profile since i can go back through them all through "my activity" so i know i have done them.
argh back to master and 34 again...
ok seems to be back on track except for the fact im missing 10 solutions? i think i will just forget about because even after sending a couple of emails to fixya support i still have not heard back and the problem has not been fixed. thanks a bunch!
BW, There is only a skeleton crew at FY right now. That is not likely to change until after the Holidays. When Lauren returns from her much needed vacation, she will be swamped. i just want to add i have recieved the email telling me i have advanced a rank about 7 times now.
i also want to add that the number will keep going up until it reverts back to master on the side when im at the answers, but when i go to my activity it wont go up past 34?
