I have Visioneer OneTouch 5800 Scanner. I keep getting an error message to "Unlock" my scanner-located on the bottom of the scanner. There is NO lock on the bottom or sides. How do I get my scanner to work again? Pls help me sir/madam. My scanner is giving this serious problem. I need ur help.

I was getting this message when i was using the wrong power supply, i used a diffrent power supply and restarted the computer and it no longer says it, so i couldnt tell you exactly which one made it work, but now i get a box telling me i dont have enough disk space??? any anwsers for that??

I also have unlock problem. I have tried removing the two screws, uninstalling and reinstalling the driver and looking for some means to unlock it underneath---all without success. The message to unlock can only have come from the visioneer hardware or software, so it seems strange that Visioneer would tell you to unlock something that wasn't there, i.e the unlock switch, lever or button, I am however, certain that such does not exist.
