you did not mention who is manufacturer of the card and what revision, please do provide these details as they help with answer

this is rather old card and if i recall was made by amd/ati, assembled mostly by powercolor, i would suggest visiting powercolor site and search there, i cannot find exact model of your card with so little data, please select your operating system and check if it is 32bit or 64bit:

if you cannot find there, then go to ati site and search for it or even download generic catalyst driver from amd site:

i would download catalyst and check if it have driver for your specific video card. there is site which advertise heaps of drivers for yo9ur machine but i never used them before, therefore know nothing about them:
