you are kind of in a pickle because you have to have someone elses password that had the system before you. so unless you can find that person i don't think you will be able to have your important stuff
I hope that what I am pretty sure is wrong (hardware failure)is not your problem. 1) Try hooking it up to another TV 2)Check physical connections: cables, and inputs on both TV, and wii. Lose and dirty connections are usually the problem. 3) You stated you unpluged everything. Did you wait ten minutes before plugging bower back in? Be sure output is what it is suppose to be using multi-meter. 4)Nintendo has software(code) embedded so that pirated software is always detected and blue screens the unit. There are geeks that have "workarounds" with SD cards, but I have found OEM games used in pawn shops for as little as $5 most for no more than $ 20. My point is if you used a copied game Unit is fried. I am on my 3rd wii, the 1st one when they first came out lasted 3yrs but had a ton of hrs, on it. The second I bought used for $100 at a pawn shop lasted almost 2 years, and the current one, used is almost 2yrs. old. paid $160 but got about 10 games and wireless controllers, new cables. I hope your problem is just a connection or power adapter.
Go into the settings menu, Parental controls, reset parental controls.
Click through the confirmation screens, and then it will give you a
confirmation code and ask you to call Nintendo.
Instead of calling Nintendo, go to http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.wsgi
and enter the code. Even though it was originally written for the Wii,
marcan's reset code generator will give you a valid code that you can
enter into your DSi to remove the parental control.
For the Wii, if you don't remember your parental control code, you can reset it using a "secret question" answer. Since you bought it from a pawn shop, you probably won't know this either. In that case, you'll have to contact Nintendo Support, they can help you with the problem. Included below is a link to the page where you can contact Nintendo Support. Just scroll down the page and select the "Contact Nintendo" button, and there are step by step instructions from there.
are you just needing a description where to go to add the points?
from your wii home screen choose the wii shopping channel.
then, once loaded, choose the button on the bottom (continue shopping or something... theres only the one button)
from here press "add wii points"
here there will be the options to redeem points from a store bought card or purchase points online.
the screen will prompt you from here what needs to be done for either case
hope this is what you needed.
~good luck!

The first thing would be to open the little door on the front of the Wii, and push the red button. Then open the battery compartment on the Wii remotes and push the red button there. This will 'sync' the remotes to the console.
It would probably be a good idea to install brand new batteries as well to be certain they are good.
After you've done those things, you'll need to move the remote rather briskly side to side for a couple of seconds so that a little hand shows up on the screen. Then move it towards the upper left corner where the game image is and click on it. This should bring up the next screen and you'll just follow the promopts from there.
