I have Rival slow cooker model 3215. There was no manual in the book it came in and I do not know what temperature or how long food should cook . I only have a on/off control. It is a 1 1/2 quart size. Thank You, Mrs CM

Instructions from the book read as follows: - On setting 1 (low), the slow cooker can operate all day and night if required. - When set to 2 (high), it is very much like a covered pot on the stove. Foods will cook in half the time required for 1 (low). - When set to auto, the slow cooker will cook on 2 (high) until the food reaches a pre-set temperature, then switches to 1 (low) and maintains a constant slow cooking temperature. Auto is the ideal setting for someone leaving the house for the whole day as most food will cook for 8-9 hours and be ready to serve when they return.
I always use the auto setting, unless I don't have as much time, and will then use setting 2.
This is how I get mine to go to warm manually. Press "Cook Time" until it gets to the "slow 10 hour" setting. Press "Off", then press "Cook Time" twice. This puts mine on the "Warm" setting. Found this by accident and it took me quite a while to recreate, but the "Warm" setting is very handy if your food is already done before the cook time runs out.
I grabbled this blurb from a Ronson Slow Cooker Manual.
On Setting 1 (Low) the Slow Cooker can operate all day and night if required. When set to 2 (High) it is very much like a covered pot on the stove. Foods will cook in ½ the time required for 1 (Low) When set to Auto, the Slow Cooker will cook on 2 until the food reaches a pre-set temperature, then switches to 1 and maintains a constant slow cooking temperature. “Auto” is the ideal setting for someone leaving the house for the whole day as most food will cook for 8-9 hours and be ready to serve when they return.

I grabbled this blurb from a Ronson Slow Cooker Manual. Not the same model, but it has the same settings:
