Hey I lost the remote to the midiland mli 750 and I can't increase or decease the volume and the last volume I left it at was 25 and I can't even hear anything now is there a way to increase the volume without the remote

You can try programable remnotes using the hometheater code entries , but more than likely you will need to buy a factory replacement remote.

control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select appropriate speakers or
audio you will find 3 drop down lists make the necessary adjustments there or
