Okay, so I just got this new camera. A FujiFilm Finepix Z20.
I have installed the Finepix Viewer, and my camera is connected properly in the USB port. Now, when I turn on the camera to upload images, nothing happens. The Finepix viewer does not start as it should, and I cannot go to my C Drive and find the pictures and copy them to my Documents.
I also have Kodak EasyShare, and when I had an HP camera, images would upload to it, but with this camera it won't.
On the Screen of the camera, when it's connected to the computer is all white and in the corner it says USB. Which, I think that it's supposed to be like that.
I have tried everything from other online stuff, the instruction books, and my computers troubleshooting devices...
Please please help me.
I figured it out. or rather, my brother did. if you plug it in and everything, nothing on the actually camera will show up, and the finepixviewer or whatever wont open, but all the pictures will now be under your "pictures" folder. you just have to go there and open them.

whe i plug it in the usb cable and the camera nothing happens for me to upload the pictures??
the exact same problem. i did, though, plug the camera into the computer before i installed the software, which it said not to do, but it will not fix it no matter how many times i uninstall and reinstall the software.
