Computer shops sell USB cables. Take your Iriver player with you to the computer shop because the USB cables come with different size connectors and you need one that fits your player.
if you downloaded videos to pc/laptop...connect iriver to pc/laptop via usb cable ..open my computer/iriver.....go to start again open my computer/c drive/find the video files..(both windows iriver & c drive)...now copy the video from c drive and paste to iriver (or click and drag)
Sure, connect to your computer via proprietary USB cable that comes with the device. Your computer should automatically recognize the new Spinn device. Software is also included in order to manage music, video, & ebooks (text files). Install Iriver Plus 3. Perform media search on your computer. Select files you want to put on your Spinn. Then transfer to your device. Make sure eject your device for safe removal. Thats it.
Not sure if you meant photo album or music album??? Here is the steps for both, music first:
Transfer music from a computer You can use the following methods to transfer music: ● To install Nokia Music to manage and organise your music files, download the PC software from www.music.nokia.com/download, and follow the instructions. ● To view your device on a computer as a mass memory device where you can transfer any data files, make the connection with a compatible USB data cable or Bluetooth connectivity. If you are using a USB data cable, select Mass storage as the connection mode. ● To synchronise music with Windows Media Player, connect a compatible USB data cable, and select Media transfer as the connection mode. To change the default USB connection mode, select Menu > Settings and Connectivity > USB > USB connection mode.
This works for music, photos, or video: Select Menu > Settings and Connectivity > USB. To have the device ask the purpose of the connection each time a compatible data cable is connected, select Ask on connection > Yes. If the Ask on connection option is turned off or you want to change the mode during an active connection, select USB connection mode and from the following: ● PC Suite — Use Nokia PC applications such as Nokia Ovi Suite, and Nokia Software Updater. ● Mass storage — Transfer data between your device and a compatible PC. ● Image transfer — Print images with a compatible printer. ● Media transfer — Synchronise music with Nokia Music or Windows Media Player.

I found it! I found it! I found it! :D I searched the whole internet for the damm cable and finaly found it on the korean iriver website. DO NOT! I REPEAT.. DO NOT BUY THE 24pin CABLE!!!!!!!! The Iriver Spinn needs a 20pin cable you can buy here:
My understanding, as a new user, is that IRiver plus 3 only communicates with the player via UMS mode, which is not the default. Windows Explorer and Windows Media Player only communicate through MTP mode. If you change from MTP (the default) to UMS, it will reformat the player and delete all your files.
In other words, do not use iriver plus 3 unless that is the only software that you want to use. Boing back to MTP mode after a sync or download will then delete all THOSE files you just downloaded.
This is straight out of p. 67 of the user's manaul, available on iRiver website (it may not work if the computer does not recognize the device):
