Hi, First try to connect that compact flash drive adapter to other PC. if that working Good. try again connect to your PC notebook. if not yet working. need to install again your notebook operating system, like windows base (O.S.).
You will need a USB 2.0 Type B Printer Cable to connect a printer to the Acer Aspire 3610 notebook. An older style printer is not able to connect to the your notebook because there is no parallel port installed to connect to.
if your mouse is usb try connecting it to the usb port that you will have in your notebook on the left or right side ... very easy power off the notebook before connecting.
