Hi,
First step is to remove the Printheads and cartridges and clean the electrical contacts ( golden contacts ) with a lint free cloth.
Re-install the cartridges and printheads back into the machine and try to print self test page. it should normally work.
If this does not work, you need to clean the printheads from HP Solution Center - Settings - Printer toolbox - Clean Printheads
Hope this should resolve the issue.

Probably the Cyan/Magenta ( not the Black/Yellow ) Printhead is defective. The cartridges are in good condition. There is no way you can flush the Printheads as normally cleaning the Printhead should have fixed the issue. The nozzles are blocked on the Cyan/Magenta Printhead and you need to replace it.
The only hope is, If the Date printed on the Printhead shows greater than today's date ( it is the expiration date ) then you can get the Printhead replaced by calling HP Tech support on # 1-800-474-6836.

No result. I had tried cleaning the contact and running the clean program before, but I did it again as per your suggestion. I have tried changing all of the cartridges. What is a mystery to me is that on te second page of the Extended Self Test Diagnostic Page, the Magenta box has color, but it's a faded
light purple. I would think each of these boxes would be only the ink from that cartridge, and that's not what I'm seeing. The color has horizontal bands in it. I think it's only seeing partial ink flow. Any way to flush that nozzle?
My HP D7360 says that the cartridges are empty. Any solutions???
