Hi 22yoop - I was hoping you had a suggestion for my refrigerator. The freezer on the bottom is very cold, so cold it froze the vodka that was in it. We didnt change the settings and it is currently at 4 of 7 with 7 being the coldest. The refrigerator on the otherhand is warm. I just changed it to 5 of 7 to try to cool it down.
Any help would be appricated

Check and find out if your fan operates in the freezer. Cold air is heavier than hot air and will settle to the lowest point. The refrigerator not cooling tells me it is not getting the air for cooling which comes from the freezer.

Many times a freezer and/or refrigerator do not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many other things that can go wrong.
