Have video issues on my Acer Z5600 23 inch touch screen. can anyone help? Ever since this thing updated I have not been able to play any games. if it goes to a full screen res then it goes to flashing from a grey to black to color bar screen.... I can hear sound but cant see the video... please help

You could try updating the app. Go to Google Play store click the magnifying glass to enter search. Type in YouTube and select it from the list. Click the green Update button.

Most of the time it is more of an issue with the disc then the actual console. If there are any visible deep scratches on the disc then the game may be corrupt. The only way to fix this is to install the game on your console (assuming you have enough memory for such a thing).

I have the same problem with my acer 5720. I believe it is a video driver issue. I installed the latest chipset driver and that seems to have fixed it for now

well, the only thing i can think of is to contact Nitendo and ask them, though i'm not sure thier service is free. Alternatively you can trade it in for a new one or Google this problem

is your xbox set for 1080 p and are you sure your tv can handle 1080p

Send the piece of garbage back to Microsoft. Most likely it is a hardware failure inside the unit. Same thing happened to me after their fall update to the dashboard. It bricked my unit and could not play any of my games for longer than 5 minutes. You can try to power off your unit, remove your hard drive, turn it back on, and see if you can play without your hard drive.

Can you please provide your video card make/model and your motherboard make/model? Provide the name of the game? Provide the screen make/model?

Check the requirements of the game for your video card. Make sure you meet the minimum requirements.

Options:

1. Try another monitor
1. Check all the cables are good and seated properly.
   
2. Update the video drivers
3. Check the game software site for issues or updates
4. Try another video card from a friend or purchase a new one
5. Try the game on another computer
