Hi sir iam surendra, present im using benq lcd moniter & since few days im facng display prblem, when i turn on my system, some lines are comming & causing visual problem.so iam nt able to see my screen properly. pls help me

Monitor STFC (Self Test Feature Check)
* Turn off the monitor
* Plug the monitor power cord directly into the wall socket to remove any surge protectors or APCs from the troubleshooting equation
* Unplug the monitor video cable from the back of the computer
* Turn on the monitor
* The floating dialog box should appear on screen against a black background. If the issue appears during the STFC, the monitor is defective. Get it replaced.

this problem can occur cause of two cases 1 problem with LCD panel (replacement can solve) 2 power failure in side moniter (repairing moniter can solve)

What type and brand is the monitor?  LCD, Plasma, or CRT?

Resolder the power transistors on inverter board and also check them.If display is not there at all some of this 4 transistors C5707 should be defective.Check associated fuse and Fet which drives the transistor.

Also check with Benq ,Normally offers three year warranty.

-toggle the laptop display using the FN keys and F5 I believe. -lower laptop resolution to 800 x 600 -look in laptop display properties for lcd or external display settings, see if it (external crt) has to be enabled on the laptop first.
