Why does my burners not ignite into a blue flame

The color of the flame can be affected by a few different things. here are three of them: 1. If there is a food substance contacting the burner where the flame comes out, this will give the flame an orange tint. 2. If the propane is being burned at a very high rate, the flame can become invisible in daylight-like conditions. 3. If the propane is being burned at a very low rate it can also have an orange tint. Hope this is clarifying.

Help flames front of fryer

Hi there.
Try to check and clean if needed the fire tubes, soot may have build up inside blocking the flame path. Soot build up on fire tubes and burners are caused primarily by low gas pressure, assuming that the orifice size are correct with respect to the type of gas used.
Regards.

Steaming

Per page 9 of the manual, add water until it reaches the bottom of the basket and do not allow the water to evaporate.

Change hobart gfo53a deep fryer natural to lp gas

The orifice is not adjustable but there is a small air sheild around it that is held in place with 1 screw and needs only to be adjusted if the flame is not of a blue color (starting to get a yellow or orange color in it).
