No.... you set the insert into the roaster and then place the water in the pan with the pork shoulder...
Do not need a lot of water...just cover the bottom a half an inch or so....
Place an Aluminum foil "tent" over the meat and then place the cover over that...
350 for 2-3 hours... and YUM!!!!

and Driver downloads as required.
Just Google the manufacturer's name and
follow the links. Make certain you are directed to the manufacturer's
web site as some search engines direct you to other sites and they
