Is the motor pulley rotating? if it is , how tight is the belt, is the motor pulley turning and the belt slipping? Is the motor weak perhaps, if it is not turning, or has lost power it may need replacing. if it does rotate and the belt is slipping replace the belt and possibly the pulley if you have that option.
remove the drive belt and spin each pulley by had and you will feal the ruff bearing when you find it you might find more then one but I would concentrate on the belt tensor pulley........HAVE FUN
3 bolts should be holes in the pully too go thru with an extension if their are no holes in the pully then you nee a power steering pump pully remover it can be rented for 5.00 at auto zone
