Belkin f5u208 i have connected my video camera to the belkin and tried to get video onto coputor but it keeps saying unable to detect camera or weak signal or corrupt how do i get it to work

Due to intermediate connection it will happen... If you have Cordless Phone ... will face this frequent disconnection problem... Keep your router away from this device more then 15 or 20 feet's.. and check...
right click on belkin , click on properties , click on compatibility tab
tick box , highlight the vista line , click apply click ok
that brings belkin into line with vista

when you say it has a router in it, you mean a receiver and you are trying to connect to the other pc without the means of an external router (network).
You need to set up the connection using windows wireless network wizard as you seem to be trying to connect 'adhoc', which is one pc to another.
It's too long a process to type here so use the wizard
also you need to check that both are on the same workgroup setting, this is found by right clicking my computer and then properties and computer name, as if they are'nt they cannot see each other.
If it's camera not detected try checking to make sure that there isn't any programs in the background that's taking control of the camera. One of the most common programs is Adobe download mamager
