i connected it to my pc, and loaded them onto windows contacts program, couldn't get them to transfer via bluetooth or simcard, this was the only way i could do it, hope this helps.
It may locked to some Network,so that it's Not detect the Sim Card...You can Unlock the Mobile using the Unlock code,You can get the Unlock Code at http://www.onlinegsmunlock.com/htc-tytn-2/rs7wp9/ and Unlock it from NETWORK LOCK....Check code for your network lock in the list...then you can use any GSM Sim Card it will detect.......
Some cell phones have trouble reading SIM cards that have been used in other phones. (Example: The Samsung Jack may not be able to read a SIM card that has been used in a previous Samsung BlackJack model.) I run in to this problem almost daily with my customers.
Your HTC phone probably has the same problem. To correct it, you'll need to purchase a new SIM card (you can get one on eBay for the least amount of money) and contact your cellular provider. Tell them you have a defective SIM - that you purchased a new SIM card and you need your account switched to the new SIM card.
After you give them your new SIM card number, it will take about 15 seconds and the new SIM will be ready to use in your HTC TyTN.
Check if you coincidently mute the phone. If its not the software then looks like the speaker is bad. Send your HTC TyTN II for repair to Dr. Cell Phone.
To format your SD card, simply unplug it from your PDA, then plug the SD Card into your PC/Laptop (using builtin card reader or one of the USB Card Readers), then open "My Computer", right click the SD Card's icon and format it. Hope this helps.
THe MicroSD card slot which can handle cards up to 32GB to satisfy your thirst for videos/music/photos/applications. MicroSD cards are now pretty cheap, I saw an 8GB card recently for $18.
