The three main wires you need to worry about are the
Ground (Black)
Battery + (Red)
Constant + (Orange)
As far as the speaker wires goes you are going to have to trial and error them. They are usually color coded so for instance one wire is purple with a white stripe there would be a purple wire with a black stripe that would correspond with it. Every vehicle is different in how it is wired. I know installing a stereo looks intimidating but just split up the wires and you will see it is quite simple. Do a professional job and use crimp connectors, going the electrical tape route is never worth the time it saves.

When making a switch with the aftermarket radio there should be a wiring harness involved. the wiring is usually can be different with some models but the main power or ignition which is (Red) The constant power is (Yellow), Ground is (Black), then you have a set of blue wires the one with a white stripe is going to be remote turn on (Blue-White) and the power antenna is (Blue) the other colors are speaker wires (White)(Grey)(Purple)(Green) and if there is a (Orange) wire is always going to be an illumination light wire. need this to see lights on radio hope this helps.
