Sounds like another Power supply/ inverter board problem. If you know electronics you'll have to tear it apart and repair it. I hope it's still under warranty. Hope this helps.

Computer monitor wont turn on when you hold the power button a small orange light turns on. What is wrong?!

CONNECT THE MONITOR DIRECTLY TO THE WALL OUTLET
CHECK WHETHER YOU GET CHECK AUDI SIGNAL OR NOT OR ANY MESSAGE---HTEN CHECK FOR THE CABLE---IF STILL THE ISSUE PERSISTS CHECK IT WITH A DIFFERENT CABLE---
THEN CONNECT IT TO THE COMPUTER MAKE IT SURE THE COMPUTER IS TURNED ON AND THE POWER IS GIVEN TO THE MONITOR AS WELL----CHECK THE COMPUTER WITH ANOTHER MONITOR---IF THE OTHER MONITOR IS WORKING FINE THEN CONNECT YOUR MONITOR TURN IT ON AND THEN FLASH A FLASH LIGHT OR TORCH LIGHT AND THEN SEE IF YOU CAN SEE A DISPLAY INSIDE..
WHILE CHECKING FOR ALL THESE STEPS YOUR ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED IF NOT TYOU GOTTA CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER FOR A FAULTY MONTIOR---

STEPS IN BRIEF:
DO A MONITOR SELF TEST
CHECK FOR THE LIGHTS
CHECK FOR THE CABLE
CHECK FOR THE PHYSICAL SIGNAL
PUT THE MONTIOR ON A DIFFERENT COMPUTER AND CHECK
CONNECT THE COMPUTER WITH A DIFFERENT MONITOR AND CHECK
FLASH A FLASH LIGHT AS A LAST STEP TO SEE A DISPLAY
IF THE ISSUE IS NOT RESLOVED THE MONITOR IS FAULTY..
HAVE A NICE DAY!!!!

Montior screen is half shaded and half bright

Do this to check if your monitor is in working state or not...!

Step 1:- Turn on your computer.
Step 2:- Unplug the Video Cable of your monitor which is connected with the computer.

( Video cable:- Cable going from the back of your monitor to the back of your tower. It has a plug with two screws on the plug ends, which you can unscrew to unplug it. Thats how it looks like. Some times it is in grey in color some times in blue.)

Step 3:- Now check on your monitor. If the display says " No Input Signal " :- your monitor is fine. Some thing wrong with the computer graphics.
If there is not display and the monitor light is blinking or solid the monitor has gone bad.

( Note :- Remember when you unplug the video cable do not unplug the power cable of the monitor. )

Let me know if it helps.

Philips Brilliance 200 W 6 Flat Screen Monitor blacks out

sounds like the monitor is burning out or color is out of alignment could be result of burning out and no it's not worth repairing it. had one guy repair a montior a while back, could be looking at easy 200 to 400 bucks repair. not worth it. much cheaper to buy.

Monitor will not turn on blue light flashing bottom right hand of monitor

I'm having the same problem. Had the monitor for almost 2 years and everything was working fine until this week. The blue light would blink, then after an unpredictable period of time, the monitor would turn on. Seems like it needs to warm up or something. I suspect it has something to do with the capacitors not charging inside. Somewhat disappointed with Sceptre. I suppose I should be thankful that I got 2 years out of it.

Monitor has no picture

Yes! :)

Your monitor is not the problem. Check all the connections from the back of the monitor, to the computer.

"No Signal Analog" means your monitor is working perfectly, however is not receiving signal from the computer.

Didnt find any loose cables?
Try unplugging everything. Leave it unplugged for at least 5 minutes. You need to give the system time to drain all the excess power.

Again your monitor is fine, blue light > No signal > orange light is totally normal for your montior.
