Hello, if you are asking in regards to Apple's stock weather app, and you are on the latest version of iOS (iOS 7). Then while viewing the Carlsbad, Ca weather page tap on the icon in the bottom right hand corner that has 3 dots and 3 lines. This will take you to the view all cities screen. Once you're viewing all cities at once swipe from right to left to reveal the delete option for Carlsbad.

You may have accidentally pressed the DISP button on the back of the camera.
This turn the screen off/on.
Try preesing this button when the camera is on
I believe this button is the up button on the back

Set the screen format using your TV's menu. Do not set the format of the screen using your provider's receiver. I had this prob with a few channels with a dish provider when I set the format with the remote from the dish provider. I picked up the TV's remote, went into the menu, set the format, problem fixed.

Try a manual reset. Remove the card and battery...press all the buttons...leave the camera alone for 20 minutes...insert the card and then the battery...turn it on.

I had this problem too.
